"Surprisingly well served by a daily bus route (except Sundays) between Carmarthen and Llanelli - the 197 bus departs from Llanelli Bus Station every two hours from 0720 to 1720 then 1820, and from Carmarthen Bus Station from 0820 to 1620, then 1810. Annoyingly the last return bus to Carmarthen is 1542, but the last returns to Llanelli are 1647 and 1837. For keen walkers, the racecourse is a 45 minute walk from Kidwelly railway station, a local stop between Llanelli and Carmarthen."
