Get ready to enjoy every roar and cheer with friends and family and don’t miss another moment together. Your safety is our priority and all events will be run in accordance with the latest government rules.
Following the latest announcement from the Welsh government, all visitors will need to have a ‘Covid Pass’ to attend.
A Covid Pass is simply either proof of your Vaccination Certificate or proof of a negative Covid lateral flow test. Please note, the paper card that you receive after your vaccination does not count as proof and you will need to provide your Vaccination Certificate as per the below options.
These just need to be shown as you walk through the gates and don’t need to be provided in advance. We will also have a Covid testing facility available at each fixture (a small fee may apply)
We ask everybody to work together along with our staff and stewards to ensure a safe and thoroughly enjoyable event for all.
What To Expect – Key Information

Please note, the paper card that you receive after your vaccination does not count as proof. Providing your Covid status is simple and can be demonstrated in a number of ways:
- NHS Covid Pass (proof of vaccination)
- Confirmation of a negative lateral flow test by text or email (order these for free here)
Please do not attend the racecourse if you:
- Receive a positive Covid-19 test result
- Self-isolating or are told to self-isolate
Please reply to your ticket email if any of the above applies to request a credit voucher or refund.

Book in advance & save
Tickets can be purchased online in advance and also on the day of racing (unless sold out). Online tickets remain open during each fixture and close once the event ends.
Card Only Bars
All bars and food outlets are cashless and will be accepting card and contactless payments only. On-course bookmakers will still be accepting cash. As there are no cash machines on the racecourse, please bring cash with you if this is your preferred payment method with bookmakers.

This means that if you checked in, you will be encouraged to take a test as soon as possible. You will only be asked to self-isolate if this test proves to be positive.
What facilities will be on course to help with sanitation?
We will continue to provide copious opportunity for racegoers to sanitise their hands, with alcoholic hand gel stations and wash basin facilities provided.
Can I now purchase extra tickets on the day?
Yes! Online tickets remain open during each fixture and can be used to purchase tickets on the day of racing. You can also buy a ticket on the gate.
Will the raceday experience be as it was pre-Covid?
We have been working hard alongside the Government, local health authorities and safety groups to safely allow racegoers to return. With the removal of all remaining legal requirements, we are confident that racegoers will enjoy a familiar environment with all of the usual elements that are loved about a raceday: seeing elite thoroughbred racehorses and elite athletes, fantastic food & beverage choices and a variety of betting options. We ask that racegoers remain considerate of their fellow racegoers and respect the environment that they are in for the enjoyment and safety of all on course.
